Vision Care Loyalty Program

Terms and Conditions

  1. Eligibility
  • Vision Care Loyalty program is available to customers who have purchased products at any Vision Care branch or the Vision Care Online Store (https://shop.visioncare.lk/).
  • Customers must download, install, and register on the Vision Care Loyalty App to participate in the loyalty program.
  1. Earning Points
  • Customers will receive a registration code via SMS after making a purchase.
  • Points can be collected for every LKR 100 spent on Vision Care products.
  • Points will only be awarded for purchases made after registering on the Vision Care Loyalty App.
  • Points earned will determine the customer’s membership level (Standard, Silver, Gold).
  1. Membership Levels
  • Standard: Customers who have collected 0-999 points.
  • Silver: Customers who have collected 1,000-4,999 points.
  • Gold: Customers who have collected 5,000+ points.
  • Different membership levels will offer additional rewards and benefits.
  1. Redeeming Points
  • Points can be redeemed for Vision Care product purchases.
  • 1 point is equivalent to LKR 1.
  • Customers can choose the reward they prefer based on the points they have collected.
  • Rewards can be claimed by visiting the designated Vision Care branch after 3 days and showing the Voucher Code received.
  1. Privacy
  • The Vision Care Loyalty App will collect personal information such as name, contact details, and purchase history for the purpose of the loyalty program.
  • The collected information will be securely stored and used for program administration, communication, and analysis.
  • Vision Care will not disclose or sell customer information to third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law.
  1. Changes and Termination
  • Vision Care reserves the right to modify or terminate the loyalty program at any time without prior notice.
  • Any changes to the program will be communicated to the customers via the Vision Care Loyalty App or other appropriate channels.
  1. Privacy Policy
  • Vision Care is committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of customer information.
  • Personal information collected through the Vision Care Loyalty App will be used solely for program administration and communication.
  • Customer information will not be shared with third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law.
  • Vision Care employs appropriate security measures to protect customer information from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.
  • By participating in the Vision Care Loyalty Program, customers consent to the collection and use of their personal information as outlined in this Privacy Policy.
